Poh Yew’s career spans over a decade as a Secondary level Maths teacher and a school counsellor. Her major interest is to transform Maths into a tool to develop a child’s creativity, enhance mathematical thinking skills and sharpen problem solving abilities.
She inspires children to approach this subject with confidence and enthusiasm. Her unflinching belief in the natural abilities of children is a quality that serves to transform little lives from a state of breakdown to breakthrough!
Poh Yew is a very experienced international trainer in the fields of creativity, training of trainers and maths education. She has conducted extremely innovative workshops in ten countries around the world including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Bulgaria, Denmark, China, USA, etc.
She appears regularly on TV and radio as guest speaker, too. She has also authored three books on maths magic and developed m-WizyTM magic cards to facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts and develop creativity in a fun and magical way.

He started his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1994. And by luck, he was later head hunted by TT Resources Berhad – Tai Thong Group of Companies, to help the company for listing. He started as a HR executive and worked his way up and reached the group GM and Country Manager position in 10 years’ time.

Prior to training, he has worked in several industries, namely manufacturing, shipping and education services. Started as a HR practitioner, he broadened his exposures to cover sales, marketing and branch management.
From HR Executive in Hewlett-Packard, he worked himself up to become HR Manager for Pohmay Craft Sdn. Bhd. (wholly-owned subsidiary of Pohmay Holdings Berhad), at the young age of 24 years old; managing total headcount of 1,200 employees.
Steven is a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK) in 2006 and also a HRDF approved trainer and a Distinguished Toastmaster (USA).

Dr. Megdad has trained more than 1,000 people in different industries in areas like performance management, leadership, leading through customer experience, strategy, and planning. He has been a personal catch for many leaders in Saudi and outside Saudi and especially in areas related to emotional intelligence and leadership.
He holds a PhD in Marketing from Kingston University and UK, an MBA Major Marketing from Bristol University (UK) and a member of many international association related to marketing and customer experience.
He has made MEGA the leading partner in bringing many high quality and reputable international programmes and solutions to Saudi Arabia. One such cooperation is working with Quest Group to introduce the Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) programme to Saudi Arabia.

She last held position as inhouse Capability Development Consultant and Head of Training and Development of a China public-listed, MNC-acquired organization, and was in the HR team to implement an organization-wide management transformation. She championed the performance culture; built the roadmap for Leadership Development and staff capability improvement; and assist in talent management.
Joelynne brings to training a well-rounded business development, marketing and sales background, with strong business insights from the region especially having work in China for more than 8 years.
